Getting Started
To use CVS, an authorized official of a requesting organization (or “entity” as it is known in MyIntealth) must establish a MyIntealth Entity Portal account and designate a MyIntealth Coordinator for the CVS service. The Coordinator will work with us to establish and maintain the entity’s MyIntealth account and have the ability to request CVS reports. The MyIntealth Coordinator also will be able to designate additional authorized Users of CVS. All authorized Users are able to request CVS reports on behalf of their entity.

Requesting a Report
To request a CVS report, authorized Users of the entity can log in to the MyIntealth Entity Portal, select My Services in the main menu, click on the “CVS Requests” tab, and then on the “New CVS Requests” tab.
